A: Three options: 1 pax in 1 Bedroom / 2 pax in 1 Bedroom / Up to 4 pax in 2 Bedroom.

A: Accommodation will be in Glen Waverley, a suburb located in Melbourne’s southeast. Glen Waverley is known for its vibrant dining scene, excellent amenities, and proximity to some of the best golf courses in Victoria.

FLIGHTS & AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Q: How will flight arrangements be like?
A: Each traveller is responsible for their own flight bookings and you may book flights based on your own preferences. Tee Time Girls will share recommended flight itinerary for the trip. Please take note of airport transfer schedule which will be shared via email.​

​Q: Is full payment required upon making a booking?
A: Yes, full payment is required to confirm your booking with us.

Q: How can payment be made?
A: All payments can be made through our website via credit card.
Q: What are the general trip cancellation terms like?
A: Any cancellation of bookings by customers must be in writing and the following charges / refund terms apply:

90 days or more prior to commencement of trip date: Full Refund.

89 days or less prior to commencement of trip date: No Refund (unless a substitute approved by us can be found).

For all cancellations, a AUD 150 processing fee per person will be charged.

Q: Are the trip dates fixed? Am I able to select my own travel dates?
A: All trip dates are predetermined and bookings will adhere strictly to the specified dates. Changes to trip dates will not be allowed.​​

MEALS​
Q: Are meals included in the package price?
A: ​​​Meals are not included in the package price, with the exception of two group meals: the Welcome Dinner and the Farewell Dinner. Melbourne offers an exceptional and diverse food scene, with options to suit a wide range of tastes and dietary needs. Our team can provide recommendations and assist with restaurant bookings based on your preferences and requirements.

Q: Are there any convenience stores or supermarkets around our accommodation?
A: Yes, the accommodation is centrally located in Glen Waverley, with easy access to supermarkets, grocery stores, and convenience stores. Coles, Woolworths, and ALDI are within walking distance, offering fresh produce and essentials.
Nearby, The Glen Shopping Centre features retail stores, specialty grocers, and international food markets. The area also has Asian grocers and convenience stores, providing a variety of everyday and specialty items.
